Participants whose parents are Israeli Citizens or have lived in Israel and have Israeli identity numbers, please agree and sign below.

My child is intending to participate in a program under the auspices of Miami's Leo Martin March of the Living Program. I hereby declare that according to the definition of Israeli Law, the teen named below will enter and leave Israel with an Israeli passport.
 
I promise to arrange for this passport with the Israeli Consulate and hereby release Miami's Leo Martin March of the Living Program from all responsibilities regarding this matter.
 
While I am aware that these two weeks in Poland/Israel during high school do not endanger my son/daughter’s rights with the Center of Absorption and Customs and while I am aware that he/she will not be drafted into the army, prior to my son/daughter’s departure to Israel, I am required to check into the implications of this visit to Israel with regard to these matters of customs, absorption/immigration and army with a local shaliach or with our local Israeli Consulate, who are experts on these matters.
 
In light of the above, I hereby release Miami's Leo Martin March of the Living Program from all responsibilities with regard to the above during my son/daughter’s program in Israel including my son/daughter’s rights of customs, absorption/immigration and army.

International flights to and from Miami are included in the tuition. We may not be able to accommodate participants who deviate either inbound or outbound. If participants are approved to deviate by March of the Living staff, participants will not receive a tuition credit and will need to purchase flights separately.^*

No, I would like to speak to a staff member about possible deviations either on the outbound or inbound flights. I acknowledge that this will be a separate fee and the Miami staff will not be responsible to book this flight, should the deviation be approved.
