Cancellation/Refund Policy and Payment Schedule

Individual & March of the Living Cancelation Policy – In the event that an individual chooses to cancel participation on the 2024 March of the Living, or in the event that CAJE’s Miami March of the Living and/or the International March of the Living cancels the 2024 March of the Living, this is the financial risk to the individual:

December 11, 2023 - December 31, 2023		75% Refund of cost of tuition Participants will forfeit 25% of the full cost of tuition or what has been paid in to date.
January 1, 2024 - January 19, 2024		50% Refund of cost of tuition Participants will forfeit 50% of the full cost of tuition or what has been paid in to date.
January 20, 2024 - January 29, 2024		25% Refund of cost of tuition Participants will forfeit 75% of the full cost of tuition or what has been paid in to date.
January 30, 2024 - February 25, 2024		10% Refund of cost of tuition Participants will forfeit 90% of the full cost of tuition or what has been paid in to date
On or after February 26, 2023		NO REFUND

All cancellations must be sent via email to [email protected] and must be received by 5PM.

Post-Commencement - If at any time after the commencement of the MOTL Program, the Delegation is precluded from onward travel, there shall be no refund.

Trip Insurance - All participants are required to obtain trip insurance which includes but is not limited to cancellation, interruption and medical coverage. The March of the Living strongly encourages adding on Cancel For Any Reason policy, although it is not mandatory. Trip insurance is non-refundable and is paid directly to a third-party.

Vendor Limitations - Situations beyond the control of the Miami March of the Living and International March of the Living (IMOTL) arising within sixty-five days (February 26, 2024) of the Program start date will only permit such refunds as IMOTL is able to negotiate and obtain from the airlines, hotels and other tour related providers (“Vendors”). Participants shall not be entitled to any refunds beyond what the Miami March of the Living and IMOTL is able to obtain from its Vendors and agree to waive and hold harmless IMOTL and the Miami March of the Living regarding any such claims.

Payment Schedule

Tuition Payments can be paid in full by December 20, 2023 or made in installments.

Pay in full price: $5,795.00

Tuition Paid in THREE (3) Installments
Payment #1: $1,931.67 must be made before December 20, 2023
Payment #2: $1,931.67 must be made by January 15, 2024
Payment #3: $1,931.67 must be made by February 15, 2024

*If we do not receive the above amount from you by December 20th, your spot will not be held on this year’s program. This is a firm deadline.

**Please note if you are paying through installments with a credit card on the online system, you will be automatically charged 27 days after each installment.
