Cancellation/Refund Policy and Payment Schedule

Individual & March of the Living Cancellation Policy – In the event that an individual chooses to cancel participation on the 2025 March of the Living, or in the event that CAJE’s Miami March of the Living and/or the International March of the Living cancels the 2025 March of the Living, this is the financial risk to the individual:

November 1, 2024 - December 10, 2024		Refund: Full refund minus $500 fee
December 11, 2024 - December 31, 2024		Refund: 70% of full tuition Forfeited: 30% of tuition or amount paid in to date.
January 1, 2025 - January 19, 2025		Refund: 50% of tuition Forfeited: 50% of tuition or amount paid to date.
January 20, 2025 - January 29, 2025		Refund: 25% of tuition Forfeited: 75% of tuition or amount paid to date
January 30, 2025 - February 14, 2025		Refund: 10% of tuition Forfeited: 90% of tuition
On or after February 15, 2025		NO REFUND

All cancellations must be sent via email to [email protected] and must be received by 5PM.

Post-Commencement - If at any time after the commencement of the MOTL Program, there shall be no refund.

Trip Insurance - All participants are required to obtain trip insurance which includes but is not limited to cancellation, interruption and medical coverage. The March of the Living strongly encourages adding on Cancel For Any Reason policy, although it is not mandatory. Trip insurance is non-refundable and is paid directly to a third-party.

Vendor Limitations - Situations beyond the control of the Miami March of the Living and International March of the Living (IMOTL) arising within sixty-five days (February 14, 2025) of the Program start date will only permit such refunds as IMOTL is able to negotiate and obtain from the airlines, hotels and other tour related providers (“Vendors”). Participants shall not be entitled to any refunds beyond what the Miami March of the Living and IMOTL is able to obtain from its Vendors and agree to waive and hold harmless IMOTL and the Miami March of the Living regarding any such claims.

Payment Schedule

Tuition Payments can be paid in full by November 18, 2024 or made in installments.

Pay in full price: $6,395.00

Tuition Paid in Four (4) Installments
Installment #1: $1,598.75 must be made before November 18, 2024*
Installment #2: $1,598.75 must be made by December 15, 2024
Installment #3: $1,598.75 must be made by January 15, 2025
Installment #4: $1,598.75 must be made by February 15, 2025

*If we do not receive the above amount from you by November 19th, your spot will not be held on this year’s program. This is a firm deadline.
